Just going by the Texas Parks & Wildlife numbers on out of state hunters..its got to be TEXAS.

Iowa since Iowa and Arakansas are the only places I hunt and Arkansas didn't seem that good the past 3 years.

I will say WI, but not because I come from this state but because seriously there are a lot of deer here. A lot of food, over 15,000 lakes so water isn't a problem and BIG bucks that will fill up the freezer. After a couple years of earn a buck, Im starting to see a lot of big racked bucks running around.

Yep, you'll have to be more specific. Best for what??? number of deer, number of B&C, number of P&Y, number of bucks, number of all sexes and ages combined.

If you ar talking about B&C and P&Y, then MN has to be in the top 10, if not the top 5.

If you are talking about total # of deer, MN has to be in the top 10.

If you are talking about # of hunters WI has to be up there.

Be more specific .....

The state you happen to be in when you drop the hammer on the one you want. There is no "best" state for that other than the state of exhilaration.
