We hunt about 1800 acres of Crown land, and put anywhere from 5 to 11 hunters on it at a time. That makes somewhere between 165 and 360 acres per hunter.

On the lands I hunt I couldn' t tell you untill I pull up in the mourning and count the trucks, then multiply by 2, divide by 3, add 5 then........................ alot:D:D

But I have 3 months and a steel resolve;)

After the first few weeks I can usually find room to park:D

I am in the same boat as RA. Simply count a tree every 50 yards or so and you should find a hunter next to it....especially during rifle season. That does not take into account the guard rail that separates the local gamelands from the local game preserve. Then you can count one hunter every 25 yards or so....;)

Just me and my hunting buddy on 10 square miles of Crown land. Very rare to meet any other hunters. Lots of deer so filling a general tag along with a supplemental tag is not the question.

Huntine the most densely populated state has me joined by 11 others on about 250 acres for the opener. It' s funny how much we are spread out due to the terrain and thickness so lots of deer make it through. I can barely see the guy nearest me (200 yards) and can see my buddy with the binocs.

However, we have the place to ourselves during most of bow.

Opening day gun 2 on 40 acres

Thanksgiving weekend 5/6 on 40acres

We' ve got about 250 acres:1 hunter in GA, and 100 acres:1 hunter in FL. My family (Dad, brother, and me) usually hunt a block together, though, meaning that our particular area has, say, 3 hunters in a 50 acre plot.

We have 13 in our club on 1000 acres. Usually there is only 3-4 at any given time, except during the first week of gun...then usually around 10. A couple of the members hunt one or two times a year, a bunch hunt the first week of rifle only, and then there are the other 2-3 of us that hunt alot. Heck, many times I' m flying solo....sometimes I wish I could clone myself :D
