It seems to me all the time in deer hunting pictures the hunter is almost scowling. C'mon, aren't you happy? All of my pictures I have a big grin on my face. Look at the Zaft buck pics or the Beatty buck pics. Those guys are scowling! I have a big grin on when I get a doe!

Chuck Adams always has a HUGE grin on his face when posing with his trophies! I smile too because I'm happy with the success. I guess some guys feel it isn't "macho."

I have brought up the same question to my buddies several times. All I can figure is these guys have to act all tuff and macho because they have small reproductive organs.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

I can’t speak for everyone. But I know in my most recent picture I was just plain exhausted! I dropped him in last few minutes before sunset on the last day of gun season.
I track, dress, drag, and get him checked in less then an hour.
But I can tell that I was happy!!!!!!!!!!
This is the first year hunting my own property, and he is the fist Buck!!

Some I smile some look serious. I hate looking like a fake smile. Many times I am just tired by the time the picture is taken.
