I really like the 125gr Nosler Partition when fired from the .260 Rem or the 6.5x55 Swede @ 2800 fps or @ 3000fps from the 6.5x.284. It is devastating on deer to 350 yards in the first two and 400+ yards in the 6.5x.284.
Pretty much no recoil at all in any of the three, either.
In the .308, I' ve had great luck with the Partition, the Speer Grand Slam and the Hornady Spire Point. All three 150gr bullets gave acceptable accuracy out of the rifle and did a great job on deer. I didn' t see much of a difference in the way any of them performed on game. All were beautiful, one-shot kills with excellent exit wounds.
