I dont think this person thinks too far ahead. She is building a house up on the bluff part of a bigcreek bottom. To access the property, she has built a gravel drivewaythat goes up a 50 feet clay bank at something like a 20 degree angle. The base of the driveway is a crappy gravel road right next to the creek. So, anytime there is a heavy rain, about 200 yards of the gravel road goes under water fora day.I know she is gonna have problems with getting stuck in snow or mud or having her engine flood out while trying to drive thru high water. Thenshe is gonna need the help of the local folks who she is in the process of ticking off.

Ridge Hit the nail on the head, there ain't no fixin stupid. She's lucky the hunter didn't climb up in the stand in the dark, fall out, and be stuckin a wheelchair the rest of his life. She'd loose everything she owns because of a STUPID decision to muck with his stand.
