Camo netting from a surplus store has been added since. Got a nice doe with the bow from this one in October.
Really want to build a free standing blind near a ceder grove that can't support a tree stand.

Ladderstands are cheaper than I can build on and can stay out all year too.

Here's one a built a couple of years ago. I do like tower stands though with most of mine being the metal ones you buy some place. I guess you could say they are "perminat", but since they can be moved on a trailer or something, I'm not sure if that's what you have in mind.
