gypsybill it appears we must agree to disagree. everybody has their own opinions. maybe one day we will find out what these sightings are, if not of a large cat. i must admit though that i am enjoying this exchange. it is always nice to learn new things and to jockey ideas around
I have enjoyed it also and am glad that the thread has gotten back to a friendlier tone.
me too, it was getting pretty nasty there for a while.

I am guessing English is your second language or is this really the best you can do?

Dude ! 12 pages of the same chit. I dont care what you call it, theres some big black cats out there roaming around. Jaguar, puma, panther leopard, kitty whatever. There out there.
Back in the '70's, if you would have told me you saw a black deer or a white one, we would have laughed our butts off at you.

A mountain lion was caught on a trail cam about a mile from my stand. Needless to say I was a little nervous going to the stand with just my bow. Hahaha

There have been black panther sightings in places near where I hunt here in Alabama.7 or 8 years ago I saw a mountain lion or cougar lookin cat at our place. Saw him trot across a field up the hill in the woods right behind where I was hunting. No bullshyt.

Here is a better video of the one posted above. I don't know how you could fake this. He keeps cutting to the deer because he is taping their reaction. You can hear the little boy saying " there he is again, dad". Call it what you will but I don't think this is fake.
