I've never seen a deer while I was wearing boots. If I got my tennis shoes on that I used for gym, pt, etc... I see a deer. So ever since then I just put two sets of socks on. 1 Set of Polypro liner, 2 pair of wool socks, and my feet stay nice and toasty. I'm much quiet when walking to my stand. So I guess you could say boots are my bad luck.

My bad luck is I've seen eight mature, wall hanger bucks so far this season. Problem is I saw all of them in our peanut fieldsafter dark going home from my hunts. [&:]
