You may not realize it now but you are in a prime spot. Once the rut gets really going, the bucks will travel just inside the woodline of the fields with their noses up trying to get a wiff of a doe in heat. Although you may not be seeing much now, keep pounding the inside corners of the field throughout the month of Nov, your persistance should pay off.

looks to me even if you could put up a stand its to soon to the season they wouldnt have enough time to get used to it....i would just sit in that field and wait for the does to come feed/bed down because there should be bucks followin i live near North West Arkansas and the bucks have started chaseing!! good luck
