It is too good, and it is true, IMHO, best climber for the price. No complaints here!

Picked up the Cabellas viper ultra last night. Seems to be the same as the Viper SS....comes with more for less $$. What a pain in the a@% putting it together though!

$229.00

I have the Viper, I love it. It's a great stand super comfortable. You can site in it all day if you need to. Definatly a great stand. Well worth the money.

I have the Goliath and its super comfy for all day. But I get tired of climbing everyday, a little noisy and sweaty. So I'm going back to a hang-on. Picking up a Millenium hang-on and they just came out with a climber too.

I have a viper-SS. It really is great. It would be nice if they had a few hooks on it so you could hang stuff or attach things. I took a multi-pocket camo belt I got from Wal-Mart and a bunch of cable ties, and tied that onto the front bar so I could have everything I need organized. That worked out well, but I think I'm still going to attach some hooks to the inside middle side bars to make it easier to hang things. My only complaint is the safety harness, which is ridiculous. A friend showed me how to make a simpler harness that I can put on my chest and that's what I use.

I just picked up the Openshot last night. Great product! Light, quick adjustment strap...it's so easy a caveman can do it!

Any stand is legit, just as long as it doesn't weigh 30 lbs. like my old climber that have used for 12 years!

Nonetheless, there really isn't a BEST climber...just pick something that you like and hunt!
