We allow anyone to join. We don't go out and recruit handicapped people, but we don't discourage them either. It's a non-issue. We have an older member who can't climb a ladder anymore. He hunts from ground blinds and shot a 12-point last year. We have a member with a mild form of Parkinson's disease. He can't feel his feet so he must be very careful moving in the dark so as not to trip. He uses a walker around the camp. He mostly hunts with his teenagegrandson.
