I have been hunting on and off (mostly off) for the last 25 years. I would go up north in Michigan hunting with all the guys when I turned 14, but between everyone smoking and such it was no wonder I never saw anything. They could smell me long before I saw them. The first deer I killed was with my car in 1988. And besides rabbits and a few birds I never harvested an game animal till last year. I was luck, this last year has been busy. I took two Whitetail Does, 5 hogs and my daughter (She was 6 at the time) and I each got to take Ram. My daughter took a Painted Desert and I got a Corsican. I also took 12 doves during dove season. It was alot of fun and I am hoping to add a Blackbuck and Bear to my trophy wall this year.
