We need a both option. I hunt out of both depending on weather, wind, who im with and such. I'd say I go 50/50 between the two.

I use both, but I prefer a nice comfy ground blind and use one about 90% of the time. I'm slightly uncomfortable with heights, and I don't recall ever hearing of anyone dying from a fall out of a ground blind.

you could trip getting out and fall on an arrow or a log and break your neck.

I use both but it really depends on the weather. I have ladder stands with no roof & tower stands with a roof and I have ground blinds. I normaly hunt in my climer unless it is raining then I will go to a tower with a roof or a ground blind.
