I have you all beat! i use a .772 remington or
otherwise known as a 12ga lol

270 here and it all i`ll use for every thing.

Hit one with a ford f350 super duty once.

I also jeep cherokeed one to death. Other than that, 12ga' s are pretty big.50 caliber caplock, and for centerfire a 30-06 with 180 grain silvertips.

.338 Win Mag and .300 Wby Mag. Both are way too much gun for deer. A .260 Rem would have killed those deer just as dead, and probably quicker, too. I had to track both for over an hour and both were hit in the boiler room. Just too much power for medium-sized game!

There is no largest calliber for deer you could use a cannon, as long as the thing works it is a great deer gun.
