I doubt it would kill a tree, but please remove them when you are thru using the tree as a hunting blind support. Those things will be in there long after you are gone and if some innocent sawmill worker is in the wrong place when that tree is cut for lumber there is a possibility of severe injury or death to that worker. Band saws will basically explode when they hit a spike/bolt in a log. Most sawmills use metal detectors, but they are not 100%. Why not just get a good ladder stand. Lighter, can be moved easily, safer and probably cheaper than building a stand.

are you hunting public land? just wondering why you wouldn't just strap the stand to the tree.

It probably wouldn't quickly kill the tree outright, but it's certainly not good for the tree long term. I'm also quite sure that the pine will "weep" alot of resin (from the wound) if you do that.

If it's your private land I would think about thining out some of the pines and replanting with hardwood. I know they don't grow that quick, but it would be something for your kids and grandkids to enjoy. On a local radio station they have a timber talk once a week and one of the forestry management teachers at the local college said it is good to have at least 5% hardwoods in your stand. He also says it's good for the deer.

Why not just get a lock on stand? Why do you want to put bolts through the tree?

This is why we use climbing sticks and lock ons. No worries about killing any tree.
