i see that the 308,270,and the 243 for hunting bc they r light guns to hunt and are you dog hunttin or still hunting

I just recieved my scope from ups yesterday!!! It is a Nikon Prostaff 3x9x50 silver. Now for the one piece stainless leupold base and silver high rings, and I'm set.

The 308 is an exceptional round, which will do you fine for deer hunting. I myself shoot 30-06 Springfield because I'd rather pack too much punch than not enough.
