Default Sausage kits?

I'm looking to make some sausage of my own this season. I'm wanting some advice on what kind of kits people on here are using and their results?

Cabela's has a good variety of grinders, stuffers and everything else you might want.

I would suggest trying to find casings from a local butcher, I find the casings in the seasoning kits more for making salami or summer sausage. For regular sausage they're kind of thick.
