How come the inside is not insulated and sheet rocked with a wood stove, toilet, and sink?

Very nice blind and for only $450.00, thats a great price for that size. I planned on building a big one as well, but the cost was too expensive. Maybe I was over doing it? I did build this kit blind last month, its 48" sq. & 6' height, very happy with it.

I hear you on those wasps, seems like they are there every year and can't get rid of them, luckily for me they are hybernating during deer season, but a few still seem to startle me every season. I can't tell where you hunt out of, but I've hunted out of an insulated blind before with a small heater in there. Thought it was sealed pretty good. Turned onthe heater one day when it was super cold out and the knats came from everywhere, had to leave my stand. I'd put some carpet in a few padded places to rest your bow/gun and you should be fine.In my experience, insulation gives a place for thebugs to hide anddoesn't help much in the winter, the encloser itself seems to hide most of the sound with a good piece of carpet down. That's just me though, may be different for others. The blinds I use are pretty similar to you. Plywoods walls, 2x4's, 2x6's and such. They sure pay off when the wind is blowing 30 mph and the snow is coming down! That is quitea nice blind, great construction and hopefully it will pay off come fall!

Thanks for the complaments .
I think I,ll put some carpet down on the floor .
I have a portable buddy heater .
It comes in handy on those frigid mornings for sure .
I,m going to try to get some tar paper or something simple on the roof also .
I palnted a few pair trees the other day , I also have some apple trees I planted last year near the stand .

Nice job. Looks like you put some time into the project. Keep the volume on the TV down though. LOL.
