Wow, too bad you didn't find the other side.

Thanks for replying. Carpie, we seem to find the larger antlers a little easier to double up on the match. Although it can be tough, depending on the terrain. Last spring we found the matches to a few different antlers less than a hundred yards away from the originals.

Skeeter, we have only been out a couple times and have only found a small 4 pt. A friend of mine that lives up past North Battleford is up to 18 now. He has time to look everyday. He has 8 that are over 70 inches!!!! Now that is some awesome bone.

Shedmanpyro, I like your thoughts. My buddy and I exclusively walk around for sheds, no quads or ski-doos. We wish the market would fall out so there wouldn't be so many guys after them. We cherish the walk and the fresh air. I feel it is an addiction. It's a shame to find a skull. I like to be able to think that the owners are still walking around and bigger than ever. By the way where are you from and how old are your boys??? I have a 5 month old and can't wait to get him in the outdoors. I know it will be a few years.
