I think the list is narrow on choices I have taken 13 pope and young deer in in the mid eastern states in 5 years 3 states paticularly MD Eastern shore OHIO is a good sleeper state Huge many huge deer are taken yearly I see 150-170 class regularly on the eastern shore of MD , I have taken many of my deer in Pennsylvania as well. Illinois and Kansas are good States of choice. Many states in your list as well

Sad MN cant even make the list of possibles, not that I really care.
At a deer and turkey expo last weekend, the map was HEAVILY weighted to wisconson. Almost all of the state seemed to be red (higher densities). No other state even came close. That was the first I knew of it, but it was pretty clear.
