I think the list is narrow on choices I have taken 13 pope and young deer in in the mid eastern states in 5 years 3 states paticularly MD Eastern shore OHIO is a good sleeper state Huge many huge deer are taken yearly I see 150-170 class regularly on the eastern shore of MD , I have taken many of my deer in Pennsylvania as well. Illinois and Kansas are good States of choice. Many states in your list as well
