They were all taken just along some of their farm-ground. Isn't really any ranches around here. I was with him one time, was watching, watched him pass up the biggest 6-ptr i've ever seen. Real heavy beams, with my estimated 25-27" spread, just a huge frame, but he wouldn't shoot it because it didn't have 8 pts. Just trophy hunters and hey, if the spot produces them, then why not wait for a biggin. I know I wouldn't hav passed up that 6ptr. sure was a beauty and IMO, better than his 8ptr.
