Took some pictures of a buck my hunting buddy killed, a few days ago. He's pretty massive, but just an average frame, with a weird look with lots of points. Has 16 points.

His buck from last year (2004) is on page 2.

yeah definately!!! i would have to say he's a good bit better than average by pretty much everyone's standards.

I'd be plenty happy with him too, but just an average one for his standards. He ends up getting one like that every year, but still says he hasn't got one big enough to mount. He's the kind of guy that won't get excited unless it's a monster. A good hunting buddy to have though

Yeah, he doesn't get too thrilled about much. I guess it gross scores at about 180, without deductions. Just a lot of points to add up.

Grosses 180?!?!!? B&C requirements are only what 160-165? Come on, that's awesome!!! The largest one that I have on my wall is probably 130-135, so 180 would be HUGE!!!! Tell him congratulations on the hunt.
