Stanley folding utility knife with a hooked shingle blade. Razer sharp every time, Just replace the blade for each deer. Insert a straight blade for diaphram and wind pipe.

I use an old folding fishing knife with a 4 inch blade. Its all I need, and I keep it razor sharp. Ive gutted 3 deer in one day with it and had no problem. I stopped carrying a big old hip knife when I realised I didnt need that much knife.

I have Case knives, Bucks and Gerbers too, but my "hunting knife" is an old Coleman-Western Skinner! 25+ years of service and still going strong! Best ten bucks I've ever spent!
