Nice buck but not 228, agreed. Not even sure how you could come close to 228 in calculation. Great buck though.
The way I see it, if he's gonna be scared off by a couple people questioning his scoring methods (however accurate or inaccurate) then something's wrong anyway. Need some thicker skin. We're all outdoorsmen (and women
) here and if you can't handle a little heat (which is to be expected) then get out of the kitchen and stop crying.

x2, glad the young fella got the buck, but hopefully he always gets to hunt a DEER FARM, otherwise he will be sadly disappointed.
