Youth Hunting
I have a 8 year old son that I intend to take gun hunting in Ohio w/ me next year. Any idea on a comfortable gun for the little guy. I have an 870 12 ga., but think it might be to long for him.

It is a very good hunt! I am 13 and just returned from it! How about a youth 12ga semiauto/gun plug. youth because of the short stock(s), 12 ga to give more firepower/takedownpower, and semiauto because it reducess the recoil to almost nothing. try these, they are the first ones I found. http://www.tristarsportingarms.com/semi_automatics.html
