    I used an SKS to harvest my first 8 or so white tails, and at 10 years old, I could target shoot all day without any shoulder pain.

    in my opinion, i feel more kick from an AK-47 than i do from a SKS.
    Basically the same gun.
    Now the Ar-15 .223 is a fun gun also but much more expensive.
