TODD A SMITH.... Why would you say this.... "" the days of strappin your kill to
the hood are over guys""
why do you think its over? it is still 100% OK to do this, just as it was in the 1990's .. 1980s .. 1970s .. 60s, 50s, 40s, 30s, and So on.
the Anti hunters dont like it.. SO WHAT?
do any of us here on the post actually "care" what those wack jobs think or like??
as for myself.. I dont think twice about what any of those people do and dont like.
i do not wash my truck during Deer season, since im on several ranches 3-4 days out of the week.
so during November, Dec, and January.... im driving around with Dry Blood all over my tailgate.
and when im lucky... a Big Buck or Hog in the back of the truck.
if someone doesnt like it.. its fine w/ me.. i just dont care and if any of you guys want to display your kill.. GO FOR IT !!

TRAVISVILLE

not to be rude... I understand your point.
but wether its someone like yourself who hunts, or an anti-hunter...
who cares if you or anyone else does not want to see the shot up deer.. its the decision of the person driving the vehicle and/or the guy who killed the thing. it is NEVER the Decision of the person Driving behind us or the people we are driving past.
people just dont have the choice if they "dont want to see it" then close there eyes.

now TRAVISVILLE.. i know that must have sounded rude but i dont mean it to be directly to you.
if you could hear my tone of voice when saying it, it wouldnt come out that way.. LoL

Gosh guys, what's next, putting tarps over the meat displays in the grocery store so as to not offend anyone. How about big black X's to cover the pictures of hamburgers on the menu board at McDonalds. The big problem today is that so many people never see dead animals and so that freaks them out. But then again that is somewhat of a copout since anyone driving down the highway is gonna see lots of dead roadkilled deer and other animals with their guts splattered all over. Yet suddenly seeing one taken by a hunter is gonna be life altering trauma? Get frigging real. Give e'm an inch and they'll take a mile [:@]

In Kansas it's not legal to display any dead animal to the public, they must be covered
Doesn't that make it hard to pick out a decent steak at the grocery?

I saw 300#+ woman dressed in spadex with her belly hanging out today at a gas station. I'll take a dead animal over that every time.

I'd watch the tree hugger sites and see if the picture shows up. Then if it does, look for identifying factors such as license plate and if there is anything like that, talk to a lawyer and sue em till they have nothing left.

ABSOLUTELY
screw them tree huggin' PETA members

I'll second that. Especially those with the belly hanging to the knees and every fat lump on their butt showing. Nothing against big women here, but if you're butt cheeks are packing more dimples than a box of Top Flites, please refrain from showing them off.

Next time slow down just a bit and drop your right side tires into the gravel trust me they won,t try tailgateing after that . I had a couple do the same thing a couple of yrs back after the dust & stones stopped flying they hung back about 20 car lenghts.

They can use the photo. The truck, the deer, and even the person were within view from a public place. That is not invasion of property. The only way they can get in trouble using the image is if they make gross/false representations of the image.
