Shoot, for $100 per day I'd provide hunting in the best white tail area in the USA. (I'm not doing that yet) If you are looking for wealthy hunters post it in fortune 500 magazines. But even at $500 per day, you will pretty much have to guarantee each hunter a nice mounting buck. Good luck.

We have different economy here, plus the accomadations are nicer than the average camp. The house was built in the 30's out of solid rock. Many period furnishings are still there. Texas is almost completely privately owned, so if you hunt a state park it is very crowded. We have the bucks ( they don't just walk up to feeders ) and most outfits get $500.00 for doe hunts. We only have one group at a time so hunters can actually hunt vs sitting in a blind and shooting deer out of a feed trough. 4 wheelers and horses are welcome. I am originaly from the midwest and you can hunt most farms for free. Different here though.

I don't know about other hunters, but I could really care less about how fancy accomodations are...... When I go hunting, it's for the quality of the actual hunt. I don't like paying for a bunch of frills. $500 is pretty steep.....how big a buck can a person realistically expect to kill on your property?

My neighbor charges $100 per day.I just set over here shoot the Deer they run over here.

Heck I spent $700 on a 3 day Exotic Hunt with Meals, place to sleep, and cut our meat up.I will admit he has went up on price since I've was there last Spring but still cheaper than $500 a day.

We have some nice bucks, 10 points is no big deal. Those have been taken from feeders. But there are some really big bucks that stay outside the shooting lanes. The country is really rugged and most hunters set a stand up with a 200 yard shot. All those guys are gone now. We leased all 6 sections to a group that had it for ten years. There were so many feeders that the deer went nocturnal opening day. You can see the trails that are just off the range of the feeders. Many big deer were spotted but few taken. A trophy buck has to be hunted out here. You need a GPS and a good canteen of h2o. This hunt is not for sissys. You will appreciate the accomadations after a days hunt here. We even have live music on Sat night. The idea is give a guy 800 acres to explore and use the skills required. This is injun country boys. lol
