Mine was the Army, learned on the M-16. Then had to relearn on the M-21. the things that work with a m-16 do not work on other rifles. One that got me was puting your nose up to the charging handle on the m-16. When I put my nose up to the reciever of the M-21 it hit my nose hard learned quick not to do that.

The Marines. BRASS - Breathe (exhale), Relax (eye closed), Aim (open eye), and Slowly Squeeze. It's all one function for a one shot/one kill.

Mostly self taught, though a friend and I would shoot bb guns alot growing up. Then his farther would take us up to his garden area that had apple trees and let us use a 22 to go shoot squirrels with.
