RE: skunks
Most skunks will spray when they are backed in a corner or have not other alternative.
If your cat decided to chase it the skunk probubly would have lifted it's tail and rear legs and sent the cat running

RE: skunks
What's do skunks have to do with deer hunting? well, directly absoultly nothing.
But, indirectly if you have ever ran into a skunk while walking to your stand, and it panics... inturn lifting it's azz in the air and taking aim at you, like what happend to me, it leaves a lasting memory of a particular deer hunt.
hints, my discription of when skunks take aim.

RE: skunks
Who in the heck would of thought tampons had anything to do with deer hunting. They are know a pretty big item for distributing sents, including the sent of a woman. Man, that still blows my mind.

I have to admit I am a little confused by the post, but whatever.
Jred, tampons are the best, cheapest scent wicks I have ever used (big bonus if you get a nose bleed...just shove that fat daddy on up & done...just ask a guy in our deer camp) I don't do the "wet rag or dirty cotton pony"...my wife would send me my "Big D" papers to my stand if i asked her for a donation for the season...plus that is just plain wrong and yuk!
