you guys really don't know what your missing out on slice it up nice and thin and fry it up with some butter and onions with the back straps and you can't go wrong

Do you have to clean out all the valves and such? I've heard it is great, but a lot of work for just a little meat.

I cut it out and keep it when i remember because my grandpa always used to cook them up and they were great. Most of the time i dont but occasionally i do.
