Favorite Deer Caliber- 270WSM 150 grainers in a Model 70 Super Grade III Classic-Great looks and quality plus a collectors item now.

Best all around caliber to hunt in North America I would say a 300 WSM or 30-06.

Brush gun, m94 in 307 with XS ghost ring, for the longer shots FN mauser 30-06. For muzzleloader I really like my CVA Wolf 50 cal. although harvesting a deer with the flintlock is very satisfying.
