GET MAD WHEN YOU MAKE HER GUT HERE OWN DEER?!?!?!?!

LOL! That's about how it is around here... yes, I'm the wife, and I'm responding to the "husband" issue here, but I wanted to say that the only time I get mad at the hub is when he thinks he's going to hunt WITHOUT me!!!

We have been married for 39 years and she has hunted with me all of them. One of our first dates was hunting and she field dressed the deer. I was hooked.

Before we got married I was up front, Some people go to church I do my prying in the woods. I also bought her a gun and she is welcome to join whenever whe wishes. If she doesn't she's still up at 4 am putting on the coffee and making sandwiches. 80% of the meat we eat in our home is wild so she is supportive of this activity.

My wife doesn't get mad she gets even. Ever dollar I spend on hunting she matches shopping for herself. She even keeps up with the gas money I spend.

My wife usually never says anything about my hunting and fishing time except last year when I missed her company Christmas party.
She didn't want to go by herself.
I got my deer that day about a halfhour before sundown.

Mine's good about it, even though I put almost 200hrs in the woods during deer season and I had to sneak some time in for work too.She looks forward to the season's end though thats for sure.

Not any more....

I'm sure gonna MISS her....<<sigh>>........
