Looking at our game cameras it looks like about 2:30 AM is the best time for movement. Colder, cloudy days with light winds seem best to me. Welcome to the board, where you from?

I'm a bit farther north than you are,But for the most part you will see Deer
activity from dawn till 9-10:00 am.and from two hours before dark till dark.
They do most of there activity during the cooler times and will lay and rest during the warmer.
Up here If we have a little snow on the ground and the temp is around 30 degrees it's good temp. for Deer activity.
During Bow season it seem's like a light rainy day work's best for me to see deer activity.

Deer like to move alot of the time ealy in the morning up here. How ever I have shot most of my deer from 10:00 till 12:00 up here when sitting in the hardwoods. It appears they like to move around a little in the woods around that time up this way.
