trespasser tree stand

I have property in Otsego county new York and I found out that someone was trespassing and they had a $400.00 tree stand in between two of my huts and the trespasser never claimed it is it ok if you take that tree stand if it is on your property and nobody claimed it

OP, do you still own the land? Did you ever hear from any poachers or get broken into?
If it were me I would take the stand down and if it was nice I would give it to someone I knew who hunted in a different county. If it was junk I would dispose of it immediately.
