Really is impossible to tell you which one your gun will like better all are capable of good accuracy and harvesting deer. I reload but have shot a fair bit of Factory ammo over the years I always preferred Federal Premium, Hornady Custom and then winchester. Very few have accuracy problems with the Nosler Ballistic Tip so my gut would be try it and pick one of the others for comparison. The SST is very similar to the Nosler Ballistic Tip. The Sivertip is similar to a corelokt, unless your talking about the Ballistic Silvertip which is a Nolser BT justdipped black with a grey nose. The Partiton is a great bullet, especially if close shots or shoulder is your aim point.

Good luck

I use Federal Vital-shok with 130gr Sierra GameKings in my 270. They give awsome accuracy and good wound channels. It shot them better than even hand loads. But the Nosler Partions are good. I use them in my 06' because they hold upunder high velocity and, still mushroom well at range. Are you talking about the Winchetser Ballistic Silvertip or the old style Silvertip?I never could bring myself to try the Polymer tips on big game.

I have the weatherby vangaurd 270 and i use the federal fusion 130gr. I put 3 round through the 1 inch red dot without touching the outer edge of it.........could cover them with a knickel. I impressed myself.

Crew Dawg the 270 win produces higher velocity than the 06!Same parent case just necked down to .277 dia bullet(270 win)vs .308 dia. bullet(06').It works well in the 270 it should do just the same in the 06'.
