What would you do?
Still hunting with a bow, in the woods. Spot an ear about 50 yards. Move slowly and close the gap to 20 and realize it's 2 Does. Shifted over for a shooting lane and the lead Doe stops and lays down just before my opening and the second Doe faces my direction and lays down. I'm now 18 yards out and can't shoot, there is too much brush down low. What would you do?

I wouldn't bleet or make any noise. I wouldn't want to draw attention to my location if I was only 20 yards from them. Plus it would put them on alert. Ride it out, wait untill they got up, and hopefully make your move when their heads are turned away from you.

Well, I lasted 40 minutes, before shifting over to try and find another lane and I cracked a stick. They bolted. In that 40 minutes I tried the bleat can and grunt call and all they did was look my way for a minute each time.
It's only my second year deer hunting. I'll get one sooner or later.
