Deer Deck or Copperhead?
#3
I bought the deer deck this year and it is very comfy. However, it is heavy and difficult to put up by yourself. Maybe after putting it up a few times I'll get the hang of it. I think there is also a deer deck "lite" model that maybe be a little easier to put up.

I have a Summit Viper and it is very comfortable, sort of like sitting in a padded chair. The Summit I bought had all you need to hunt right out of the box also, you don't need to buy additional parts. I don't do the all day sitting that some do. If possible, climb and test out a few stands before you make your choice.

I already have a Goliath and love the comfort. However, I have a need for a hang-on. The big Gorilla I have with the extra large padded, bench seat does not cut it for my back. Looking for another option. The deer deck would be perfect if it had the climbing sling seat. Natchezss.com has the deer deck (24x30) for $89 and the Deck lite (20x28)for $99. The seat remains the same size, but I don't think you can get a footrest on the bigger model.
