I've got a digital Stealth Cam deer camera that takes good pictures, but the AA batteries only last about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I saw those rechargable AA batteries and wonder if anyone has had any luck using them? I've heard the rechargable 6v battery was good, but the AA batteries don't last long in a deer camera.
Any suggestions?

Buy the Stealth 12Volt battery. I did and have saved over $50 in batteries alone. Try Ebay for the battery. It cost be around $39.95 for it and it lasts about 2 weeks on a full charge. Saves a lot $$$$$ in batteries!

Costco sells some rechargeable AA batteries that hold a good charge. I haven’t used them but my brother used them and has nothing but good things to say about them. He uses them for his digital camera and GPS...

I use rechargeable AA's in several of my digital game cameras and they work great but they are not Stealth Cams.
I have a rechargeable 12v for my digital Stealth and I get less than a week out of it.

I use to sell digital cameras and I know from experience that rechargeable batteries last a lot longer than regular ones. I wouldn't go with the real cheap ones though. I know that the entergizer ones work great. the rayovac work pretty good also. They will last longer and you will save money by not having to by new batteries all the time.

I use rechargable EnergizerC batteries in my Wildviews and AA in my digital camera. They work very well.
I only get a little over a week out of my Wildviews with them. They are more expensive but they pay for themselves after a while.
The AA's last quite a while in the digital camera. I got the 2650's.
One thing I did notice. when you charge up the batteries and store them for a week or so, they go dead very quickly. It is better to use freshly recharged batteries. They last longer.

I picked up a Duracell 15 minute charger and 16 AA batteries tonight. I need alot, for my lights and other stuff too. I remember when the old yellow rechargable batteries came out and we tried them and they were crap. They'd charge all night and you could put them in a flashlight and and within 2 or 3 minutes they'd be dead again.
I figure they're made alot better nowadays.
