I think that Ted and Barta are kind of similiar in goofy character, but for some reason I think that Barta is more goofy genuine and Ted is more goofy I'm a little too full of myself.

Wow, I think they're both "full of themselves", but, I think Barta is waaaaay more full than Nuge. As far as I know, Nugent's theme song is Stranglehold, not "He's the man, Nugent, he's the man..."
