Yeah, I know you have to apply early for the inital anterless tag, sorry for any confusion in my original post. Also, I'm 100% sure that the extra tags aren't archery only, or else about half of my town would be poaching for the last 3 deer seasons. Heck even some of the C.O's that hunt get the extra anterless tags.

In the county I hunt in its two bucks and two does. I always fill my doe tags, and a buck or two. But bucks are over killed here, so taking more does is really needed!

down here in North Alabama, it is a buck and a doe every day or two does a day from oct 15 - jan 07 then from jan 08 - jan 31 it is one buck a day. That is with a license that cost $15. We are pretty lucky down here
