RE: Coyote problem

Our land owner doesn't want us to put traps out and I have read you can poison them using raw chicken and a few other none toxic additives......but i would hate to endanger any other critters. I was sitting in my stand and 6 of them popped out of a creek, walked in a line for a hundred yards.........I picked the big one in the front which i am assuming is alpha male and popped his ass. of coarse the rest scattered and were gone. we have way to many and shooting them one at a time isnt gonna do it.......

RE: Coyote problem

Find some one who has coyote hounds. They run them alot around home. They get a lot of coyotes like that. I think more than you could get with your rifle. You can't kill'm all one way or another. You might try baiting them with a road kill deer or something.
