I hunt some land in nc across the road from a state park. I know that there are tons of deer out there but last year I didn't see a single one. The land is about 15 acres of gravel and clay....just throwing out corn didn't work too good last year so I want to try a food plot...i just wanted some advice on how to attract them and keep 'em there.

Is there any trees, brush or anything for cover?

yeah....I've got a tree on the top of a hill I can get about 30 ft. up.....I sit up there w/ my 7 mm.

I think he meant cover for the deer.
