Default Any ideas?

Ive been hunting in the same spot for about 1 1/2 weeks straight now. A buck has made a scrap above my spot on a hill. It made this scrape on Saturday. Tuesday I went out hunting but it was raining pretty good. I figured that I wouldn't see anything at all. So I got up and walked around the area. When i was coming back about 5 minutes later I heard something. I looked over and the buck was walking right towards the scrape. So I called a few times with my doe call. I did't have a good shot to take and it ending up seeing me. But i was what i should do. Should I not hunt for a couple of days there , or put some scent near the scrape or just hunt there tomorrow? Any advice would be helpful-thanks - fawnslayer

I'd stay out of the area for a few days. The next time you hunt there,I'd set up in a differant spot,also-like in the direction that you 1st saw him coming into the scrape as long as it's not in his core area.If it's too near his bedding area, then set up along the way where he's heading after he hits the scrape.

If you think it is a "primary" scrape, I'd go back. Probably though, I'd give it no more than 2-3 days before going back.
