I have hunted 31 days this year so far from archery to rifle. I can still hunt urban archery until March 15th. I have had well over 50 opportunities to harvest deer. I have taken 2 does, a sika deer in Maryland, and two 8 pts. I will probably shoot a couple of does for church members this week.

I had many chances with my bow this year. I passed at least 5 with my bow because of Button Bucks! A couple of others I passed, well chose to pass because of the shot just wasn't to my liking! While in Michigan I passed on some of the biggest Does I have ever seen! I regret not taking a shot at one![:'(]
While Gun hunting I also passed on about 4 that I could of taken down! I could of had a triple headed but just wasn't into it that particular day! I was hoping they would go further down the trail to my buddies son who has never shot a deer yet, they didn't![:@]

Good luck!

My season started sept 10th with bow season. Our season ended yesterday.I had around 30 chances to take animals.I took 11 deer, and missed 2.One miss was because my arrow hit a limb, the other was arrogance.
I tried to shoot left handedto my right at a deer right behind me.Oh well it was a clean miss, and a reality check.
