RE: Look at these rubs.....
There is this park in SE WI I used to go to before I joined the Army, and there was this buck that used to rub cedar trees on this point on a lake. They were huge. I brought my dad out there and we measured them. They all averaged about 38'' around. It was one after another. Never got a glimpse of him. Then they brought the sniper's into bring the deer heard down and the rubs stopped. They were only suppose to shoot does. HMMM

I've always heard that you will see the smaller bucks trying to tear up the bigger trees???? Did I mention that there was about a 2.5 inch buck track on the ground in front of that rub..... oh well believe what you want........

No, I'm not saying that your not finding big buck sign. Just was saying rubs so far apart. Probaly aren't the same deer, but you cleared that up. I've found small groups of trees like that before just torn apart. Gets your blood pumping doesn't it!

Yes it does, and my last post wasn't directed to you it was for Kansas Hunter 5.
these three were within 5 feet of each other so I assume that they were made by the same deer. And there was another that I couldn't get a picture of. It was also with the other three.
