In Wi the only people who are allowed to are the disabled, (can't walk). Thay have to get a special permit to hunt from a vehicle. This is the only one I totally agree with.

I've called the GW on poachers in their truck and there wasn't anything they could really do because it was night tme and i didn't see what kind of truck, the color or the plate numbers.

Because the deer don't perceive the trucks as much of a threat. Now the siloutte of a human to them means........GET THESE HOOVES A MOVIN!
Why don't they just park and get out of the truck?
