The wind cuts like a knife, at daybreak opening day(Today) I took this guy from around 45 yardsand on the wayto my truckI ran into a 12 pointer he stopped about 15 yards in front of me looked my wayand snorted or laughed with his nose in the air and ran off. 1 Buck tag, maybe next year! Congrats on not shooting the 12 point. I had nearly the same thing happen to me this year. After I shot a little 8 a nicer 10 walked up to me sniffed my doe urine patch which was 10 feet from my stand looked at me and slowly walked off. Temptation City

that is a pretty buck. i still have yet to get my first deer.

knemohunter there is bow season coming back up but I am not to confident in my groupings, I might check into getting another tag maybe landowners can buy more than 1.
