im going to sya PIKE COUONTY, IL. my home state and place where i hunt.

I would love to hunt Buffalo County WI, S.E Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska or theMilk River in Montana. I have hunted Pike Co IL. for the last 11 years in a small town called Nebo. Now, I dont know if the boys here from IL will agree with me on this, but when I first started hunting there all I ever heardor read about was Pike Co this and Golden Triangle that, but they had the bucks to back it up. Now it seems like every ma and pa who has 100 acres or better of land is now an "outfitter"which means alot of this land which was previously hunted by only family members is now pounded week in and week out all season long by hunters. I guess what I am getting at is althought i still think Pike Co. is an exceptional place to hunt, I do not believe it is the same Pike Co. we all knew and heard about 10 years ago. That being said, I'll be getting my tag in July.
